[muglo] Daylight Savings Time

So it ends up that Software Update has a "Daylight Savings Update"  
for OS X 10.3 and 10.4.

However, upon digging a bit at apple.com/support I've discovered that  
every other Mac OS version is going to be left high-and-dry.

for detailed instructions if you are running anything other than 10.3  
(Panther) or 10.4 (Tiger).
Otherwise your Mac's clock is going to be a little out of whack next  
month.
