Thank you for thetip and offer.
I called HP (800) number and the person had me on the line for aprox. 2 hrs.
They are sending me a CD to up date me printer.
I informed them that my HP Deskjet printer prints my DB sheets
with all lines but is
kind of slow , yet the Laser refuses to show lines.
They said it will take a week or so to get to me and no charge for CD, and they
will call to see if the problem has been corrected.
So I am putting my problem down to the printer..
Hold fire to everything till I get the CD and I will keep you
informed as to what happens.
