[muglo] DVD Picture Capture

I am just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to Capture a 
Frame of a DVD movie??

I thought that I might be able to Pause the movie and then use 
Control-Shift-4 to get a screen picture, but this does not seem to 
work!!!

Any suggestions??
