[muglo] DVD Discs Cleaning

I seem to be getting all sorts of different stories about cleaning DVD 
(presumably CD) discs! I gather, as a result, that one should use a 
soft cloth or cotton wool with water or warm water with soap solution 
or a disc cleaner.  In addition it doesn't matter if you wipe from the 
centre out or in a circular motion!!

Any comments would be appreciated!!
