[muglo] Corrupted Speechvoice in 10.3.8 Revisited

I posted the question below to MUGLO a few days ago, but no response. 
Then I went on the Apple Discussion Forum and only got one response 
which was the person wasn't sure but to try deleting it and see what 
happens.

Well, I didn't really feel comfortable with that, so then I looked on 
the install CDs.  I couldn't find a section for Voices.

Where the corrupted file is in:

System/Library/Speech/Voices

and the corrupted voice is Vicki.

However, I was thinking it might be better to just delete the whole 
voices library, in case another voice is corrupted.  Does anyone know 
if I can just install a component of OS 10.3.8, bearing in mind that 
I have a couple of update install CD's, besides the original install 
CD's?
