[muglo] Corrupted Speechvoice in 10.3.8

I can't find the answer to this in the help and I'm new to OS 10. 
One of my speechvoices in OS 10.3.8 appears to have become corrupted. 
Every time I try to use it, the application quits, but is OK if I use 
the other voices.  Can I just delete this speechvoice from the system 
preferences and it will be recreated at startup?

Pls let me know.  Thanks.
