Go to print them, but set it up for 16-up, or whatever you want (more 
than one per page).  Then print to pdf.  I haven't tried it, but it 
might work.

Other programs should also allow you to drag multiple images onto one.  
I know paint shop pro has such a feature, and even can autoarrange your 
pics.
