Since it's only a CRT (& nothing special at that), I'd use a low-lint cloth
(if you're really paranoid) or a tissue (if you're not) with water. Mop up
the water and you won't have any streaks (if you have hard water). If you
have a dehumidifier just save some of the condensed water as it's
essentially solute-free (leaves no streaks when it dries). It's not like the
CRT is a precision optical instrument like a camera lens or microscope
objective lens (it drives me bonkers to see people cleaning their camera
lenses with spit and their sleeves, cloth or tissue... they don't know what
they're doing to the lens).

IMO it's not worth spending the $$$ on expensive cleaners that don't really
do anything special. Even laptop screens don't require anything special in
my experience. Just care, water (no soap) and a light touch.

Eric.
