Hi Bob,
It can be Very dangerous, as the CRT is a potential high voltage source.
An EMac shouldn't be too bad, but I Highly recommend cleaning the screen
with the power off. None of any other cables except the power need to
be off.
Use only anti static cleaner, such as "Screen-Clean" by "asalco", lots
of computer stores sell such stuff, even Forest City Surplus. "Windex"
is not recommended!
