There must be ... no not likely. It would certainly be scorned. I was 
going to suggest that there must be a Linux HTML editor... but those are 
hard coding guys... They would scorn such a crutch.... the only thing I 
can suggest is the complete Mozilla or Netscape program. I know there's 
an Html module in them.
