I'm with you on that one. I try not to use the internet control
panel either!

<muglo-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field

All messages are archived so that you can view them at any time by 
going to <http://www.freelists.org/archives/muglo>
