[muglo] Re: Can't e-mail MUGLO =

One thing that bugs me is why some messages contain lots of = signs as  
seen below in line 8 'b=e' instead of 'be' and further down a string of  
=80=80=80=80.....

Is this something in my computer or in the originators message??
