Hi Kathryn,
So happens I also have that same laser printer, but I have never had
need to interrupt/terminate a print job, so... I'll just tell you
what I observe.
In my Applications folder I have a Utilities folder that contains
"Printer Setup Utility". I open that up and select my Brother from
the list of printers. In the menu bar (top of screen) there's a
Printers menu. Two of the items in the drop-down menu are "Show Jobs"
and "Stop Jobs". If I open the "Show Jobs" window, there is info on
printing jobs, along with an option to "Stop Jobs".
So, that's what I would be trying if I wanted to stop printing. And
if I thought I would be using this feature often, I would arrange
quick access to it.
Mary
