I agree with Martin, just delete any old versions of Programmes, like 
Netscape, Mac O/S, 'cos that wont hurt a thing, but it sounds as though 
there are more files than you need in your "System Folder". How big is 
it? There are probably quite a few files in your current Mac O/S that 
could be deleted ie: files related to other Mac models, but the deletion 
may not significantly decrease the System size, if that is indeed the 
problem. We need a lot more detail to really help you.
