[muglo] Re: CIRA Changes

I wonder how many of you have simply applied to change your email 
address, phone # etc. details on your ".ca" Web Site. It is a 
convoluted drawn out system which requires a witness as qualified as 
that for a Passport!
Such requirements are not needed for any other address, such as .com., 
.org, etc.
Only in Canada!
