I think the problem "may" be that I also have a new iMac in Port Stanley
that is "much" faster. My G4 is very slow on the internet and in the past
few days it's been very quirky. It's frozen at times and I've had to force
it to re-start. It's most noticeable on the internet. Maybe there are too
many on the net in my area. Sometimes I'll go to a website and it will take
it seems forever to open. That's when I got to wondering whether I've have
too much on the desktop (stickies) and too much in the system (pictures). I
have hi-speed (Rogers) and it's no faster - and seems slower sometimes -
than my old dial-up. Maybe, like I said, it's the connection.
Another question. Yesterday I bought some Fujifilm CDs for photos. It says
700 mb on the box. Any idea of a ballpark figure on how many pix I can put
on one disc? jim
