Thanks for suggesting that you will try using IE (latest if you have it) to
access rogers webmail from your Mac.  https://webmail.rogers.com/

I haven't tried it recently using IE as they frustrated me so much when I was
trying over Christmas.  I ended up using Opera or Icab on my brothers Mac to
get my rogers webmail.

I can get it on Netscape from my Mac.

I am frustrated that Rogers advertises that one can read webmail from any
computer yet they very readily admit that they do not support IE on Macs
although they did send it out on their first few discs.
