[muglo] Bouncing messages

Briefly, members should be careful to post from the email address  
which is subscribed to the list.

You can add a second address yourself and set that address to not  
receive mail from the list. The url is in the sig line to this message.

Another reason for bouncing messages is overquoting the previous  
message. It's a good idea to edit out blank lines and any accumulated  
sig lines.
