[muglo] Bounced message for List

I don't know if anyone can help on this one. I have been getting these
 messages
for sometime now - everytime that there is a mesage from the List!! I tried
a test by sending this person a test message - but it was bounced back!!!
I notice that his/her mailbox is full!!!

Does anyone know if there is any way of getting rid of these particular
'bounce' messages??
