Here's what worked for me Terry
Under OS X, unpair your Magic Mouse under Bluetooth
Restart into Windows and pair it under Bluetooth. It should pair normally now.
When you restart into OS X, pair it again
Apparently Windows doesn't like that it's paired in OS X first...
