Not true other than Canada. I can order a GSM phone from Virgin UK &  
use it with other providers in Canada & US. As to your other  
ramblings I don't want long distance & Bell has a minimum of $15 a  
month now, so It's cheaper to buy $25 for two months.
BTW I was talking about GSM (World) phones when I referred to time  
not being restricted, the cards last a year or more.
