[muglo] Apple OSX Mail.app

Alright i have a little issue to settle with this program.  I love 
apple products since i moved to the mac a little over a year ago (i 
won't use the word switched) and i think their products are great.  
however i have a problem here.  I love the integrated functionality 
they use with their programs particularly iCal/Mail/Address 
Book/iPhoto/ and my .Mac account! particularly when it comes to email 
lists, however my problem with Mail is that i have to format my text 
when i send them due to the fact i need to promote certain key parts 
and information, yet all my recipients who use hotmail get plain jane 
courier type with ZERO formatting nothing special at all yet i CAN! 
receive anything they've done fancy but not send anything to them 
FANCY.  Am i missing something here?  I don't want to start using 
Entourage because i've invested a lot of time into these apple products 
and i've developed a proper and efficient working environment.  Am i 
missing something or is there something i can do to solve this?
