Doug,
        I tried the 'link' that you suggested to unsubscribe from 'Apple Hot  
News' and it gave me two choices after entering in my email address.  
One was 'look up email' and the other was 'cancel'. I entered my  
email, chose 'look up email' and received "We're sorry your email  
address is not in our system, etc." The other choice, 'cancel' if  
chosen says " thank you, we have not changed any info".?? Now, if I'm  
not in their system, how come I receive an average of 3 "apple hot  
news' items every day?? Any other suggestions from anyone would be  
appreciated, Apple continues to send stuff I don't want.
