Some of us isp.ca users have had no access for a couple of days
because of the volume of undeleted server mail left by
unknowledgeable, inconsiderate or lazy users. Corrupted mail files
prevent a recovery by rebuilding and so after many hours (40 I think)
they had to scrap the recovery effort and just rebuild. They are now
looking at imposing time and quantity limits.
