That's great, Chris. I look forward to hearing if you find the CD.
I believe it is OK if you are not using the software anymore to give
it to someone else.
Martin A has told me a bit more about PrintToPDF, which is still
available as a download, but it involves paying online, which I
detest, even from a secure site.
So if you have it Chris, I'd be pleased to get it from you. Thanks.
