Yes, but when? FYI the minimum cost of shipping a monitor these days is $50
(fifty) Canadian, 19-20" would be more, some recently $60 US! Postage/shipping
rates have increased at least 3 times in the last 2 years. Of course, if you
have such an item shipped from the US there's another $28 Min. fee for a border
crossing process.
