I don't think the issue is just hackers. The email trails are generally very
difficult to track since the new IOS upgrade.
I agree we should stick with the free list but suggest if you are organising a
new event then start a new trail with appropriate subject heading.
Once attendees have confirmed then What's App group can be established for the
event which might cut down in confusion.
That's my contribution for what it's worth!
