with email and try and reduce the number of replies sent to all where an
individual reply will do.

something specific but in our case there are emails permanently about many

phones would be pinging and ringing from dawn to dusk with individual
messages coming in from up to 40 or so people.
It’s a shame we can’t keep the present system. it works very well. Can we
not just keep an eye out for rogue emails - we know all the group’s names -
and report anything weird to Jamie to kick them out again? It’s a hassle for
Jamie to have to monitor everything. We all know it’s not secure anyway but
it seems to be fairly gremlin free most of the time.
