AFAIK if you put the templates (they should be proper templates, i.e.
have a DOT extension that Word assigned) in the foot of the Templates
folder, they should appear on the General tab.
If you put them in subfolders of the Templates folder, a new tab with
the subfolder label appears in the New dialog box. Templates in the
subfolder appear on that tab.
This only works ONE level deep. In other words, sub-subfolders don't
result in new tabs.
