[mso] word 2007 - Turorial needed on how to print addresses on labels or evelope's with Word 07

Hi folks

Someone I know wants to be able to either print sticky labels or envelope's 
with an address .... I've not used word for other than a quick letter now 
and again .. and forgot how to use the bells and whistles .... I hate word 
2007 and it's stupid menu .... I have two add-ons that fix the menu into how 
it should look ... but they don't and I need to describe how to go about 
this ....

So please can anyone point me to an easy to understand (with pictures 
hopefully) tutorial?
