[mso] word 2003

I have re-installed XP and Office and when I try to copy a recipe onto a
word page a window comes asking me if I want word to access the internet. If
i click deny nothing happens.if I click ok I can them paste my recipe onto
the page. Is there any way to by-pass this process of
permission...thx....bill
