Please give a more precise indication of what's where.  For instance, you 
say there's a column (singular) with dates, but then you talk about date 1 
and date 2.

Give specific column and row ranges for each of the things you want to check 
and each of the things you want to sum or manipulate.

However, if you are talking about a range summation with more than one test, 
then SumProduct is perhaps the best way to go.
