Not quite with you ... Do the pupils each have their own usernames? If so, when they log on to the computer, they'll start Outlook and can have their own e-mail. Or do the pupils only each have their own e-mail addresses and share a single username? If so, create separate e-mail profiles for each pupil. Outlook will then ask for a profile to be selected when Outlook is started. Pupils just need to remember to close Outlook when they leave the computer.
