I thought it was about time that I used styles more than I have in the past, and having read Dians tutorials feel fairly comfortable, but would welcome some answers. I can well see the need to use styles in a long document, book or manual maybe, and indeed for a standard style letter, but most things I do have different functions, with different layout requirements. Presumably one has to set up the styles required for every need, or does one set up many different styles that hopefully will fulfil most requirements. With the enormously varied things I do, does it take as long to format after to my requirents,as it does set up styles to suit? Suppose you were doing a one off document, maybe a menu as an example, or a critique; would you bother to use styles or format after such a simple one off job or am I missing something? Thanks in advance Norman West ________________________________________________________________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends? Get the FREE Yahoo!
