[mso] Re: smallest document

If that diagram is a jpeg or sort, make sure the file is in the
attachment or archive format, then ask the person to put it in a folder
or the same place where the html file is, eventually, it will work.
Without the jpeg or gif file, it will just show nothing on that diagram
area.

Hi Linda=20

My attempts to save files as a HTML file end up with the diagrams
missing when they are sent as emails - any suggestions?

Regards

Ian Elliott

I have written an instruction sheet that I need to send to an e-mail
list of interested persons. These pages are written with many captured
diagrams pasted in. I have to make the document as universal as
possible
because everybody has a different version of word. I wrote the
document
  in word 2002.=20
When saved as *.doc in 2002 the size is 620K. If I transfer it to
*.rtf
it becomes 14 mb (yes MB). Any ideas as to the reason for this huge
jump
in size? Is there anything that can be done to enable me to send a
reasonably sized document that all can read?
