I'd convert it to HTML and zip the HTML and images into one file...and =
tell
folks to unzip it all into one dir (so the images are included and are
found) and then tell them to view the HTML version. RTF is just
that...RICH...because it needs lots of coding. Although 600+K to 14meg =
is a
pretty good jump!=20

I have written an instruction sheet that I need to send to an e-mail =
list of
interested persons. These pages are written with many captured diagrams
pasted in. I have to make the document as universal as possible because
everybody has a different version of word. I wrote the document in word
2002.=20
When saved as *.doc in 2002 the size is 620K. If I transfer it to *.rtf =
it
becomes 14 mb (yes MB). Any ideas as to the reason for this huge jump in
size? Is there anything that can be done to enable me to send a =
reasonably
sized document that all can read?

Appologies for not having sent this in Outlook the first time!!
