[mso] Re: smallest document

Only word 2000 with the plugin of web archive and word xp comes with the
feature will work. But it will defeat the purpose if you are sending the
mhtml to someone who use mac or linux or whatever OS. I think mhtml is
supported in windows unless there are browser which support such file
depending on the big guy MS will do for other  rival OS.
