[mso] Re: scrolling cursor

Yup, as Beth said, this is your auto scroll. Just put down on the mouse
button again to turn it off.

Recently, my cursor in Outlook suddenly began switching to an arrow head
with a dot. It seems to be causing it to scroll uncontrollably. I can't find
a setting to cause or incapacitate it. HELP! It is incredibly annoying!
