[mso] Re: scrolling cursor

I'm on an HP laptop. Thanks! I'll look into the machine's controls! I
haven't seen anything obvious.

Did you accidentally press/click straight down (toward the mousepad
surface) on the rolling wheel between the two flat-surface buttons? On my
model of mouse that's what causes the scrolling to be automatic.
