[mso] please Help

Dear All,
   
  Here I attached a file, having four columns, from them I wish to get output 
in the following shape:
   
                State Code  Receipt Amount    0-90  91-180  >180                
                          
   
  By using Pivot Table I can get State wise Value but not with the break up of 
overdue days, if we can, then please tell me how?
