[mso] Re: page setup not working and printing from correct tray

Sorry to reply to this so late but I've not been checking my emails from the
list much lately.
I think the problem is having 3 trays.  Is the tray 1 effectively a manual
feed?

If so, then you need to "think" about the trays differently.  Tray 2 is
actually tray 1, so you set your page properties to pull the first page from
tray 1 (what you call tray 2), and 2nd page from tray 2 (what you call tray
3).  I'm fairly sure Word will normally only recognise Manual Feed, Tray 1
and Tray 2 so this should sort your problem.  (At least, my printer has a
manual feed + 2 trays so that's the most I can see).

BTW you set all this in File>Page Setup>Paper
