[mso] Re: page setup not working and printing from correct tray

I hope you get many helpful hints but dealing with HP support either phone
or e mail call back e mail for different person. It's luck of the draw on
what kind of support tech you get.

I used to have a HP 4050 and everything printed fine. We got new
printers, HP M2727 and documents will not pull from the correct tray.

Tray 1 is used for envelopes (holds 5)
Tray 2 is used for letterhead
Tray 3 is used for second sheets and plain.

The letters are all pulling from Tray 2 on the letterhead.

On attached letter first page needs to come out of tray 2 and the second
page on tray 3. If you print the whole document it pulls from tray 2.
If you print each page separately as current page, it pulls out of the
correct trays. Does anyone know what to do. HP was no help
