Yes, the Tools, Send/Receive menu has several options including Work
With Headers. More submenus at this location allow you to download
headers from whichever configured account you choose. Then you can nav
the same menu structure to mark the headers, etc.

By default, replying to an address adds it to your Contacts list.
Otherwise, right click the address and choose Add to Contacts.
