[mso] outlook - reply formatting

Well, maybe not the *most* descriptive subject, but here's the question:
When replying to an email that comes in RTF format, the email will put your
comments with your name at the beginning of the line when you type down in
the original email text area.
Is there a way to disable this? We would like to keep the formatting, but
lose the name that gets inserted.
