As far as I know, you can't do this with Outlook....you need to use an
encryption program...there are many and I don't know which ones are best

Network Associates offers one for free called PGP...but it's only free
if it's used for non-commercial use....since you say this is at work,
that may not be the case for you, so you will have to find some other
alternatives

people but want to be able to add a password to the message so that only
those with the password could open the message, is this possible?
