Hi Kim ... since you say that this printer crashes occasionally when
printi=ng a web page, I think it's not an Outlook or an Office problem ...
it's ei= ther a Windows problem or a hardware problem, so I think you should
take th= is question to another group. since this group is strictly for
Office quest= ions/discussion/problems.
Thanks.

On Fri , bluefilly sent:
When printing some html messages from Outlook, a collea= gue gets an
error message that Outlook has encountered an error and needs to
close. Often, printing the same message later the same day results in
no errors. Sometimes the error occurs when printing a web page.
The printer driver has been replaced. Office has been reinstalled -
Office 2003, Exchange server, Windows XP.
I have searched the PC for viruses and spyware, and found nothing
except a few cookies. In the past the PC has been rebuilt - software
removed and installed from scratch - to try and fix this problem. But
the problem returned.
Is there a fix for this? I have checked web pages but havent found
anything useful.
