[mso] Re: outlook not sending mail

Probably the most relaible way to troubleshoot this kind of problem is to
turn on email logging from within MS Outlook.  see:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300479

This is going to create a text log file that will show all the
communication back and forth between your server and your email client. 
If you are getting dropped connections or some other issues this file will
tell you what has happened.

But... once you turn this option on.. be careful... it will create a huge
file very quickly.
