[mso] Re: outlook contacts problem

Ok...try this...open a new mail and click on the To button, when the address
book opens, look at the box at the top that says "Show Names from" and see
what's in there...use the dropdown and see if his contacts show....if they
do, you can set the contacts to be the default in there by going back into
the inbox and clicking on the address book icon on the toolbar and inside
the address book, go to the Tools menu and choose Options...then, in there
you can set contacts to be the default 

If contacts DON'T show in that dropdown when you click the To button, go
into the Folder List and right click on Contacts and go to properties..in
there click on the Outlook Address Book tab and you will see a checkbox to
show this folder as an address book...put a check in there.

No, only contacts is listed.  If I import an address book into his =
contacts
list will that do anything to the contacts already listed?
