No, only contacts is listed. If I import an address book into his =
contacts
list will that do anything to the contacts already listed?

Do you see both address books in his folder list? If so, just select all =
=3D
the
contacts in the one address book, then copy them and paste them into the
other one

Subject: [mso] outlook contacts problem
Hi,
A strange problem has come up. One of the pastors at my church has a
contact list of 217. When he clicks on a new email and clicks To. it =
=3D
brings
up an address book but it is not his entire list of contacts. I have =
=3D
tried
to find a way to associate his contacts with the email address book that
comes up. I have followed the instructions I have found for doing this =
=3D
in a
number of places. It seems fairly simple but nothing has worked. He =
=3D
didn't
have an address book before this one, it's a new laptop with a clean =3D
install
of Microsoft Office XP. =3D20
