I had a similar problem a while back. It was caused by the fact that some of
my contacts were in the Shared Contacts folder and others were in the Main
Identity's Contacts folder within the address book.
Since I use only one identity on this PC, the fix was to move all the contacts
into the Main Identity's folder.
